All products are packaged with the greatest care and shipped via standart shipping with tracking information always provided.
Products packaging information
I need 3-7 days to package and dispatch your order.
Up to 2 A4 prints packed in protective clear cello sleeve and envelope with thick cardboard added.
3 or more prints will be send in the box.
A3 prints will be send in cardboard tube.
International standart shipping - allow a MINIMUM of 2 weeks. To be safe I would allow 3-4 weeks depending on customs/country.

1. Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. The seller is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address you provided. If these items are returned to me, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
2. Customs/Import taxes : Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
USA shipping and fees
All orders may be subject to import tax.
I'm not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country’s customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren’t something I'm able to control or reliably predict because situation is chaging constantly. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
For all parcels shipped on or after August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs will apply an import duty fee.
Although I pay those fees on my end nothing is set in stone and US custom may add some additional fees. This may never happen but I must warn.
Some U.S. states may also add their own local duties or sales taxes on top of federal customs fees.

I always do all I can so buyers could avoid any additional fees or payments including shipping in envelopes and other things.
EU and UK fees
Due to the new VAT regulations, all packages arriving to the EU & UK will be subjected to VAT and/or service fees. No matter the value of the package.
I'm not collecting and/or remitting tax VAT for EU & UK orders. This means that the VAT will be collected by your country's customs once it reaches you.
Please note that these costs (import duties, taxes & handling fees or other costs) are not included in the item price and shipping costs, and the customer must paid for them to their respective country's customs in order to be able to claim the package.
